Growing
We begin our process by growing high quality hemp in a climate and shade controlled greenhouse in order to maximize the Cannabinoid and Terpene profile. Greenhouse grown Hemp grows in better conditions, has better nutrition, and reduced stress, which in turn provides a stronger plant profile. Additionally, we grow year round in order to provide the freshest products.
Drying and processing
Next is our cure room, which helps preserve the full plant benefits. With our method we control humidity, temperature, and airflow in order to slow dry our Hemp. We let it sit here until the Hemp reaches ideal conditions to be further processed.
Other CBD companies process from Hemp grown in a field, and the typical field drying method is to cut the plant and let it bake in the sun for a few days. The UV rays from the sun degrade Cannabinoids and Terpenes, leaving behind a plant with poor effectiveness.
CBD Oil extraction
We continue with the highest quality process by utilizing Hydrocarbon extraction. Due to the polarity of Hydrocarbons, we are able to extract exactly what is desirable in CBD oil and nothing more.
Hydrocarbon produces a CBD oil right from the extractor that is ready for market with no need for chemical additives or unnatural post processing.
The more common extraction methods, ethanol and CO2, require extensive unnatural post-processing that devalues the plant profile and removes many of the healthy beneficial ingredients.
